Neustadt (from the Lanahan Reader)--write a one page reflection on the article about
Presidential Power. What argument does Neustadt make about this
power? Be sure to include information about a presidents ability to
use persuasive skills, the "fourth branch of the government," how the
office of the president has gained power over the years, and examples
of how the job can be frustrating for presidents.
